The Pollera Hotel's interiors are decorated in Art Nouveau style with dark wood furniture. Each room has a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with free toiletries.

Vintage and very beautiful

I loved this hotel. It is situated in an excellent position not too far from the main square in the Old town of Krakow. We walked it from the train station which took around 10 mins. The hotel is traditional and quirky, so if you don't like that, don't go but I will def return as it is beautiful.

Traditional polish hotel

We stayed for a long weekend in Krakow. The hotel is very traditional throughout and exactly what we were after. A lovely warm entrance with majestic staircase. The room was basic but very comfortable and spacious. The shower powerful and warm.Breakfast was cold meats, cheeses and breads. Cereals were also available. The room in which breakfast was served looked to be an old music hall and had some incredibly interesting architecture.

Lovely stay

We stayed for one night only but it was such a nice little break in our trip. Convenient location, most helpful staff, generous breakfast and convenient late check out. And the rooms look like time stopped there many decades ago, yet nothing felt old or worn out . Would go back again.

The Old is New Again

A business partner booked us into the Pollera for a two night stay. As I entered the hotel I noticed the old stone floors and walls and the noticeable wear. I found this hotel was centuries old and the wear was from countless numbers of people that travel in and out of this grand structure. Pollera's walls seemed to talk to me as I found my room. They were saying, "welcome" and "glad you are here". Although the rooms were a little small, the elegance and sense of history was not lost on me. The amenities were perfect and the service great. I enjoyed my visit to Pollera immensely and hope to travel back to this wonderfully old and preserved place again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Kraków

Fantastic architecture in this grand old building. Our room was regal, the breakfast room like a night at the theatre! Fabulous. Great selection and variety of fresh food. The best breakfast we have ever had !

Good central location

Hotel Pollera was exactly as I imagined, typically polish, room was lovely and clean and warm, as temperatures were -16. Bed lovely and comfy and staff friendly and helpful. Good location,many shops nearby, less than five minutes walk to main square...very quiet , possibly due to time of the year..would recommend... definitely go there again.
